Furniture Palace gives her clients the opportunity to purchase their furniture via in store credit. The credit needs to be repaid in a maximum of 10 months.
Although the purchaser takes the furniture, they remain the properly of Furniture Palace until the final payment is done.
When purchasing an agreement is made in which the monthly payments and the other conditions of the agreement are mentioned.
To apply for in store credit, the following documents need to be submitted to Furniture Palace:
Copy of bank statements of the last 3 months;
An employers’ declaration or a copy of the labor agreement;
Copy of the salary slips of the last 3 months;
Copy of a valid identification.
When evaluation the credit the following is taken into consideration:
That at the end of the month there are enough funds available on the clients bank account to pay the monthly payment;
If the client works at least 1 year at his current employer;
That the total deductions including that of Furniture Palace don’t exceed more that 30% of the net salary of the client.
